An online ticket entitles you to admission to the museum during the entire opening times on the date printed and to take part in the tour only at the specified time.

Refunds only upon written request up to 14 days before the booked date. Processing fee CHF 22.00 per cancellation order.

Please note: The public tours are generelly held in English. The museum reserves the right to offer the following public guided tours bilingual English / German if visitor numbers are low: every Thursday at 1:45 pm and on open Saturdays at 11:00 am.
